If you are considering a major residential construction projection in the near future, you might want to consider attending a special free Web Event that Core Compass© will be holding on Wednesday, June 22nd at 1PM EDT:
“Residential Construction – Maximizing Results and Avoiding Risks”
Major residential construction projects are exciting and potentially rewarding, but they are also complex and fraught with risks. Too often, those underwriting these projects miss key opportunities in the pre-planning stages to mitigate or avoid issues along the way. What steps can you take to improve the probability that you’ll be happy with the outcome of your major construction project? What construction issues have others faced, and how could they have avoided them?
For this Web Event, we’ve assembled a panel of three well known professional experts who have distinguished reputations in their fields – a builder, a real estate attorney and an architect. They’ll provide key perspectives on what to make sure to do and what to avoid in planning to construction – particularly for those with projects located in New Jersey and the Delaware Valley tri-state area.
You can attend by registering for the Web Event in advance, and then participating from your computer on Wednesday, June 22nd at 1PM EDT. If you aren’t a member of Core Compass yet, you’ll also have to register at Core Compass first.
