Walter T. Wolf

Walter T. Wolf, lawyer and engineer, heads the construction section of our civil litigation and business firm, Walter T. Wolf, LLC. As a result of Walter’s 45 years of legal experience in South Jersey, as well as his engineering degree and past employment (started his own boat building/maintenance company – “Quality Marine Products” -at age 15 then worked for RCA for 6 summers as a draftsman/engineering trainee), he has the tools to successfully resolves significant construction defect claims arising from the design, construction and maintenance of homes, factories, warehouses and commercial buildings. Brian P. Stouffer, Esquire – Brian graduated from Drexel University with  degrees in Architectural Engineering and Civil Engineering and a minor in Construction Management.  He graduated from Rutgers School of Law, Camden and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.  Admission to practice  in New Jersey is pending.

Support Staff

Deborah K. Loweis the firm’s paralegal and office administrator. Ms. Lowe received an Associate Degree from Brandywine College in 1972, graduated from South Jersey Paralegal School in 1981, and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Thomas Edison State College in 2003. She has worked in the legal field since 1979 and has been employed by Mr. Wolf since January 1990.

Colleen J. Bisagais the firm’s administrative legal assistant. Ms. Bisaga has received certificates from Harris School of Business in Office Technology and Legal Office Technology. Ms. Bisaga has worked with Mr. Wolf since 2000.

Shawn D. Edwards Law Clerk,  is a student at Rutgers Law School and candidate for Juris Doctor 2012
